CASE STUDY:
Website Development for Miami City Ballet
Full website design and development for the new Nutcracker production
Inspire Visual was tasked with design and website development of Miami City Ballet’s new Nutcracker website.
The new ballet, designed by iconic design team Ruben Toledo and Isabel Toledo, was built from the ground up with all new costumes and sets to be a spectacular, new $1 million production combining both traditional and modern elements with a “Floridian” twist.
The goal of the website was to gradually reveal Miami City Ballet’s brand new production phase-by-phase and to boost donations and ticket sales for the performances in Miami and Palm Beach by showcasing original sketches of sets and costumes and videos of the process along the way.
Our team worked tirelessly on a tight timeline to design and develop the website, collect and organize large quantities of assets, and finally unveil a website offering a sneak peek into the magical world of the new ballet as it was being built.
Video Creation and Editing
Our team edited video footage for the website, added captions for hearing impaired audiences and produced the animated snowflake video “logo” to be displayed on the website and at the performances before the show.
Turning Raw Files into Magical Montages
The artwork provided to our team was a large collection of sketches of various sizes and styles, which our team organized, edited and built backgrounds for in order to display them on the website in a consistent and beautiful way.
